Students adding content

I am feeling some frustration with Sophia. I was recently surprised to see tutorials that a student had added to my group. I just now saw a playlist and some tutorials that a student added. I don't want anyone to be able to add things. I don't want students to think they have work that I haven't assigned and I don't even know how to remove these things. What am I missing?

Hi Alexandra! My name is Mattie and I am the Digital Marketing Associate with Sophia. Thank you so much for posting this question to the Teachers Lounge. I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues; hopefully I can help! As the owner of a group you definitely have control over what is published. Within your group on the right hand side of your screen there should be a button with blue writing labeled "Group Settings" first click that. Then scroll to the bottom of the page to the three questions with yes/no bubbles to check. Change the settings for the first and second questions to prevent students posting their homework as tutorials/tutorials and also prevent them from posting to the group wall. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions!
