Rational Equation- An equation that contains one or more rational expressions.

Cross Product- The product of the numerator of one ratio and the denominator of the other ratio.
Extraneous Solution- An equation that is not the solution of the original.
Least Common Denominator Of Rational Expressions- The product of the factors of the denominators of the rational expressions with each common factor used only once
