MULTIPLYING MONOMIALS, BINOMIALS, AND POLYNOMIALS

Hello class!

I'm glad you've made it and found tonight's homework. There are a few things that you will need to do for Monday:

Firstwatch the following 4 videos and take excellent notes. The videos are short!  Write down the problems shown, and also write some of the things SAID in the videos and not necessarily written down. Remember, the nice part about videos is that you can PAUSE any time you need to to jot something down. You can "rewind."

You must have notes for each video to receive full credit for the homework on Monday.

I WILL GIVE TWO POINTS OF EXTRA CREDIT TO ANYONE WHO TAKES THE NOTES IN COLOR, AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEOS.

Second, if you have not already gotten a notebook to bring to class, please do so over the weekend. I will be collecting and grading your notebooks to show you've been doing your homework.

Homework notes taken on floating pieces of paper (that aren't secured in a binder) will only be worth HALF CREDIT (5 out of 10).

Your video notes should be organized in your notebook so that you can refer to them on open-notebook quizzes, etc.

Third, if you have not already completed the Student Interest Survey handed out in class on Wednesday, I am offering you an opportunity to make it up. At the very bottom of this page, you will find a link to the survey (if you lost it or did not pick it up). If you can't print, just handwrite the questions (and answers!) on a piece of looseleaf paper.

If the survey is not turned in on Monday, it will become a PERMANENT 0 homework grade.

If you have any questions, post them at the bottom of this Tutorial or on the "Group Wall." You can also email me with questions! secarty.math@gmail.com

See you Monday!
