The time limit was up before I finished the last example. However, I left the work to the viewer and said that I would give the answer here. The answer is that the turkey will cool to 100 degrees after approx 1 and 2/3 hour (2 hours if rounded to nearest hour.)

At the end, I read 3.2 *10 ^ -7 as "3.2 times 10 to the minus 7th". I should have said, "3.2 times 10 to the minus 7".
