There are six physical fitness components tested. We test: abdominal strength and endurance, trunk extensor strength and flexibility, upper body strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition, and aerobic capacity. We are testing to evaluate if our students are in a healthy zone, and to set goals in order to improve our health.
