During this tutorial students will learn how to chart findings for both:

1. chart existing tooth restorations (blue symbols)

2. chart treatment that needs to be done (red symbols)

3. record treatment for each tooth using the chart treatment plan (blue/black pen)

4. Students will become familiar with their competency rubric requirements to help successfully pass their hands-on practicum

Students will be required to chart colored symbols for both existing and treatment that needs to be done, using a tooth anatomy charting sheet, and treatment plan.

All armamentarium is also required to help gain the optimum grading results for their competency
