At the end of this lesson, students will be able to identify physical properties and characteristics of the moon such as atmospheric conditions, gravity, and the moon's surface in comparison with the earth.

At Home: 20-30 Min.

1. View video from Discover Education.  Don't forget, you'll need DE student log in information to view video at home.

2. Complete the venn diagram in SMART Notebook (found on Edmodo) using Notebook Express.

3.  Save and upload assignment to Edmodo.  Don't forget to put your name on your paper!

 

In Class: 45 min. - 1 hr.

You can use the resources we have availble to you.  Some suggestions can be found below if needed.

1. Choose 2 other partners to form a group of 3.

2. Each student in the group will choose  the moon, sun or earth.  Create a presentation sharing and applying what they learned in presentation.  You choose the type of presentation you'd like to use.
