Creating Assessments
Review the learning goals that you set in Topic 2 as well as the "Sample Assessment Plan" and the "Assessment Plan."
In the Learning Objectives column of the "Assessment Plan," add the learning goals you created as part of the "Learning Goals" assignment in Topic 2. Then, create a preassessment and postassessment to measure progress toward learning goals and place a description of your preassessment and postassessment in the appropriate column in the "Assessment Plan" document.
Also, recommend three adaptations to the preassessment and postassessment to address three particular student needs and list them in the appropriate column in the "Assessment Plan" document.
Below your "Assessment Plan" chart, respond to the following:
1. Why are these adaptations necessary?
2. What student needs will your adaptations address?
3. How will these adaptations support student success?
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
Submit the "Assessment Plan" with preassessment and postassessments, the three adaptations you created, and your justification for the adaptations.  
Administering the Preassessment
Administer the preassessment you created to your students. Create a table and a graph to record the results of your preassessment.
