This assignment is separated into three parts: Whole Group Analysis, Subgroup Analysis, and Individual Analysis. Prepare written responses to each part. Use the data that you have been compiling from the “Assessment Plan.”
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
Whole Group Analysis
Analyze the graphic representation of the preassessments and postassessments you created in the "Administering Assessments" assignment to determine the level of success students  had in meeting learning goals. Write an analysis that addresses the following questions:
1. How many students reached the goals? Be specific.
2. Are there any patterns?
3. How many students did not reach the goals? Be specific.
4. How much progress did these students make toward each goal? Be specific.
5. Are there any patterns?
Subgroup Analysis
1. Select a group characteristic (e.g., gender, performance level, socioeconomic status, language proficiency) to analyze in terms of one learning goal. Explain why you chose this subgroup.
2. Create a graphic representation that compares the preassessment and postassessment results for the subgroup.
3. Write a summary and analysis of what this data shows about student learning.
Individual Analysis
Select two students who demonstrated different levels of performance. Describe the different levels of performance that lead you to select these students’ for further analysis.
Use preassessment, formative assessment, and postassessment data with examples of their work to analyze each student’s progress toward meeting two learning goals. Construct a summary and analysis, and include the following:
1. Contrast the two students’ data.
2. In your opinion, what lead to the level of success of each of these students with respect to attaining these learning goals?
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
This assignment uses a grading rubric. Instructors will be using the rubric to grade the assignment; therefore, students should review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the assignment criteria and expectations for successful completion of the assignment.
Submit all three parts of the assignment as one deliverable to the instructor.
