Finding Linear Equation when Given Two Points

Finding Linear Equation when Given Two Points

Author: Cecil McIntosh

The objective of this lesson is to familiarize the user with constructing a linear equation from two points. By the end of the lesson, the user should feel comfortable finding the slope, y-intercept, and the full linear equation when given any 2 points on a line.

I work through a few examples using the coordinate plane to get the user comfortable with this exercise, then I apply the concept to real world examples.
