For more than 500 years the Roman Empire dominated the Mediterranean Sea and much of Europe. The following tutorial will introduce you to several key individuals, events, and achievements made by the empire from the founding of Rome in the 7th Century BCE through the fall of Rome to barbarians in 476 of the Common Era.
