iPhone 6 Plus isn’t really ‘Enormous,’ a detailed experience with the user-friendly device

Have you felt the warmth of an iPhone 6 Plus? Well, it's really a thing to say WOW! Being an Apple fan, I’ve been cursing Apple for this disappointment but by today morning my visit to Apple Store, cleared a lot of mess and hate for the new device by Apple, the quality time I spent with the new device and promotion app was seriously enjoyable, with over the next year every user would be thanking Apple’s developers for this phablet.

The initial thought, while grabbing the handset: ”It’s really not that big!” A friend of mine tweeted a photo in which he compared his Nexus 5 (which almost fits in his tiny pocket), proving the ‘enormous’ #iPhone6Plus, a normal phone.

iPhone6Plus vs Nexus-5

At once I tested the one hand typing, it actually felt just as comfortable to do so as on the previous iPhone 5s, I don’t think so that my finger (especially thumb) did a dance or was in a trouble, rather it was a smooth and cool experience. Although my hands are medium neither small nor large, the 6 Plus was comfortable for me to hold and use. The iPhone 6 Plus also offers a special landscape mode on the home screen and within several apps, giving you some extra space to work.

The tickling thing is that iPhone 6 Plus users will enjoy 80 hours of audio playback, 24 hours of 3G talk time, and 12 hours of LTE browsing while iPhone 6 users will be having only 50 hours of audio playback, 14 hours of 3G talk time, and 10 hours of LTE browsing. The point is bigger screen gives space for a bigger battery.

I think 6 Plus users won’t need an iPad. I will not go further but I’m sure you’d not need both unless you want a laptop like feeling. And one more thing, 6 Plus will not force you to change your routines at all.

The only thing which you’d not be comfortable fast is the power button, which is repositioned on the right side! But, it is actually a wiser change as holding a bigger device would make it a little troublesome to reach the top like old iPhone’s. A larger screen definitely has its benefits!

The 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 will cost you $299 on contract or $749 off-contract. The new device comes up with 16GB, 64GB, and 128GB configurations having Silver, Space Gray, or Gold color schemes. I’ll report back with some more details in a week.

But I’m a little surprised by the results released by mobile analytics firm MixPanel regarding the adoption rates of the 4.7-inch iPhone versus the 5.5-inch model. According to the report, the smaller model appears to be conquering more users. The bigger iPhone receives .30% of hits in MixPanel’s survey while the smaller version has achieved an impressive 2.46%. You can say people don’t want to experience new and wise changes
