In an Enterprise environment, it is quite possible that you will be expected to support applications with which you are not familiar. After all, if you are an IT tech, you must know everything there is to know about computers and programs. All kidding aside, this does not mean you will not be able to support these users. One of the greatest skills you will acquire is being able to find an answer when you don't know the answer.
In this video I go through the troubleshooting steps and apply them to a real world issue. The intent is to provide assistance in writing the assignments attached to this course.
