Khaliah Fisher-Grace is a Registered Nurse with balanced clinical and leadership experience, and a solid educational foundation. She began her nursing career as a Clinical Nurse in a Cardiac and Thoracic Stepdown Unit and progressed through the clinical ladder. She is an experienced adjunct faculty member and instructor in clinical, laboratory, and lecture settings.
Khaliah blended clinical experience with systematic approaches to attaining high quality patient outcomes; and uses this experience in her current role as Principal Advisor of Accreditations at an academic medical center.
She holds a BSN and MSN in Healthcare Management. She is a PhD Candidate at Duquesne University. Her research focuses on diabetes distress and technology to support self-management and has been funded and accepted for peer-review publication. Using her experience, education, and voice to serve her profession and community Khaliah has held leadership, membership, and volunteer positions in many organizations.
