After completing this task, you will be able to identify which leadership archetype(s) you relate to and why. You will be able to explain the beliefs, skills, and passions associated with your archetype, and describe the contributions someone with your leadership style can make to improving conditions locally, regionally, and globally.
Think back to when you were a little kid . . .
Pause the video at minute 9:05 and ask yourself the following questions:
Watch the rest of the talk to find out what your leadership archetype(s) is/are.
Write a short paragraph identifying which archetype(s) you relate to most strongly and why. Explain the beliefs, skills, and passions associated with your archetype.
Write another short paragraph describing the contributions someone with your leadership style can make to improving conditions locally, regionally, and/or globally. Give a specific example of something you have done in the past or something you plan to do in the future to use your leadership style for positive change on a globally significant issue.
Be ready to discuss your answers with your classmates.
