Sample Letter to Accompany Progress Monitoring Graph

This letter, adapted from TNCore, is a communication tool sent home with the progress monitoring graph to explain what the teacher/team's plans are for the coming weeks based on this progress monitoring data. It is used most often when the student is doing well and therefore no parent meeting is needed.
