Alabama Standards (8th Grade) - 16. Design a personalized fitness plan.
Students create or capture a daily log of their physical activity using their cell phone, IPod or other hand held devices. Students will track their daily activity using these devices to determine the distance and intensity of their daily activities. Students will then develop a plan to increase their activity and use the devices to monitor the progress of their plan to increase their daily activity. Student will submit their logs electronically via email or they may print them out.
