Tutorial

Populations are groups of organisms that are the same species living in the same place at the same time.  The members of a population are the same species and are able to reproduce.

All of the humans living in the city of Minneapolis are considered a population because they are the same species (humans) living in the same place (Minneapolis) at the same time.
