Orienting the SMARTboard correctly will improve your experience while using it. The orientation process will ensure the area you touch will be activated. If you are unable to orient the board with the instructions that follow please contact technical services. There are tests the technical staff can perform on the board to report any issues to the company. The boards are typically under warranty. If the board cannot be fixed it might be deemed replaceable by SMART and a new board will be provided.
