7/4x=(2x+8)/3 might look scary, but it's not really that scary. In this lesson, I'll start with the very basic concept of a proportion (e.g., 3/4=6/8 -- something you learned in 5th grade, probably), and build up to the seemingly-scary problems with variables in them -- no worries!
