Opportunities are created in one of two ways:
The student completes their contact information in the Student Enrollment Portal or by via DocuSign within the console in SRM.
When a user converts an Inquiry into an Opportunity by clicking the "Convert" command button.

A Person Account is created with an Opportunity.
Note - one Person Account can have multiple Opportunities associated.
To find current Opportunities, use the global search bar and type in the word test* and you will be able to see a series of test accounts of which you can review their information.
