Step #10: Time to Do - Do You Know How To...?: Activity History Section Updated

Activity History Section

This section displays all completed tasks, logged phone calls, saved Interaction logs, expired events, sent emails, etc.

Open an Inquiry or Opportunity 


1. Log a Call button 


a. This button opens up the same Interaction Log box at the bottom of the screen 
b. Click on this to enter the results of unplanned phone calls to track all activities for a record.


 2. Process Emails button

 
a. Use this button to send Click-To-Send Admissions process emails based on the status, program, and/or lead classification of the record. Check that you are seeing all the emails you are supposed to have at this status. 
NOTE: -If email is turned off so you will not be able to send an email, ask an SME. 


3. Send SEP Email 


a. Find an Inquiry in New Status using the Global Search Bar and type in the word test* (using the asterisk mark) to find a test lead
b. Try to send SEP dynamic link, with the Send SEP button, to the prospective student 
c. You should not be able to send the email at this status 
d. Update inquiry status to contact attempted 
e. Try to send SEP dynamic link, with the Send SEP button, to the prospective student 
f. You should not be able to send the email at this status 
g. Update the inquiry status to contact or interview complete 
h. Try to send SEP dynamic link, with the Send SEP button, to the prospective student - you should be able to send email 
i. Ask SME to provide you with the dynamic link 
j.The SEP dynamic link within the email will: 
k. Prompt existing SEP to login 
l. Prompt new SEP users to create an account
