​Inquiry Page Layout

Inquiry Detail section Open any Inquiry by clicking on the name of the Inquiry from the list view 

1. syStudentID - search for the Inquiry using this syStudentIDand make sure it returns the same Inquiry record 

2. Name 

a. The prospective student’s First and Last Name is auto-populated by lead import. 

b. During the Inquiry stage, AA can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Inquiry screen 

3. Maiden Name - make sure you can update this field 

4. Preferred Name 

a. During the Inquiry stage, AA can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Inquiry screen 

5. Time Zone a. This is auto-populated at lead import b. During the Inquiry stage, AA can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Inquiry screen 

6. Contact Strategy and SE flag fields 

a. If the lead comes directly from the SEP site, it will come in with the SE icon and the low touch selection from the Contact Strategy drop down 

b. If the lead comes from any source outside of the SEP site (i.e. aggregator site, other marketing site/promo, add a lead, etc.), it will come in with the high touch selection from the Contact Strategy drop down without the SE icon 

c. AAs will have the ability to change the high touch/low touch drop down under Contact Strategy depending on the interview/student preference 

7. Inquiry Owner - make sure this is reflecting the right AA 

8. Lead Classification – Drop down list a. This is manually updated by the AA at the Inquiry stage 

9. Urgent checkbox a. Checked if the Inquiry is new, resif, or reassign b. System generated only, this cannot be updated by the AA 

10. Do Not Call checkbox 

a. This flags the entire Inquiry record as DNC 

b. System generated only, this cannot be updated by the AA 

11. EWC 

a. Displays if the prospective student provided his/her EWC to KHEG 

b. This information is auto-populated by lead import 

c. AA can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Inquiry, available drop down list: 

i. Yes 

ii. No 

iii. None 

12. Do Not Email 

a. Displays if the prospective student provided his/her permission for KHEG to send promotion email 

b. This information is auto-populated by lead import 

c. AA can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Inquiry screen, available drop down list: 

i. Yes

ii. No 

iii. None
