Step #3: READ - Need to Know: List Views

List Views on the Inquiry Object

1. Inquiries List Views - Allows users to filter their list of Inquiries by:

a. My Closed Inquiries (Re-marketing)
Displays ALL CLOSED Inquiries assigned to the Admissions Advisor

b. My Inquiries
Diplays ALL Inquiries assigned to the Admissions Advisor

c. My Open Inquiries
Displays ALL Inquiries assigned to the Admissions Advisor

d. My Open Inquiries (Future Interest)
Displays Inquiries assigned to the Admissions Advisor in the Future Interest status with a Future Interest Date of less than 90 days

e. My Open Inquiries (Interview Completed)
Displays Inquiries assigned to the Admissions Advisor in the Interview Completed status

f. My Urgent Inquiries
Inquiries flagged as urgent will be displayed in this list view

1.. New, reassigned, and re-sif leads will be flagged by the system as urgent by automatically checking the Urgent check box in the Inquiry screen

2.  Urgent flag will be removed with any completed task, Admissions Advisor action (call, email, etc.), or lead progression

3. Note: It is important for the Admissions Advisor to sort using the "Urgent" column to make sure his/her new leads are displaying on top of the queue. 
Admissions Advisors can also go to the "Urgent Inquiries List View" to view their New, Reassign, and Re-sif leads.

g. Open Inquiries
Displays Open Inquiries

h. Recently Viewed Inquiries
Displays ALL recently viewed Inquiries assigned to the Admissions Advisor

4. Note: If an Admissions Advisor re-sorts leads by Name, Status, etc., SRM retains the sorting instruction even when a New, Reassign, Re-sif enters the queue. 


a. Advisors must make sure they do not miss one of these statuses in the queue by continuing to sort by the "Urgent" column.
