NOTE: Columns may change by object and by user.  Columns may look different for KUG prior to launch

 Urgent column
This indicates if the Inquiry is flagged as urgent by the system

 SyStudentID column
This is the CVUe Student Number that will serve as the unique SRM identifier

 Name Column
This is First and Last Name of the prospective student as entered in the Student/Prospect Information Form (SIF/PIF) or updated by the Admissions Admissions Advisor in the Inquiry screen

 Primary Phone column
This primary phone number of the prospective student as entered in the Student/Prospect Information Form (SIF/PIF) or updated by the Admissions Admissions Advisor in the Inquiry screen

 Primary Email column
This primary email address of the prospective student as entered in the Student/Prospect Information Form (SIF/PIF) or updated by the Admissions Admissions Advisor in the Inquiry screen

 Program of Study column
1. This is the Program of Interest of the prospective student as entered in the Student/Prospect Information Form (SIF/PIF)

2. This information needs to be manually entered by the Admissions Advisor in the Inquiry screen

3. It can be updated by the Admissions Advisor in the Inquiry and Opportunity screens

 Inquiry Status column
This is the current SRM status of the prospective student per the lead progression

 Military Branch column
This is the Military Branch of the prospective student

1. This information needs to be manually entered by the Admissions Advisor in the Inquiry screen

2. This information will be updated by SEP at the Opportunity Screen

3. It can be updated by the Admissions Advisor in the Inquiry and Opportunity screens

 EWC column
This indicates if the prospective student provided his/her Express Written Consent (EWC) to KHPE as entered in the Student/Prospect Information Form (SIF/PIF) or updated by the Admissions Advisor in the Inquiry screen

 Best Time to Contact
This is information is manually entered by Admissions Advisor in the Inquiry screen, if available

 Time Zone Column
This is system generated based on the prospective student’s Student/Prospect Information Form (SIF/PIF) during lead import

 Permanent State/Province
This is the prospective student’s permanent State/Province

 Owner Alias
This is the SRM User Name of the Admissions Advisor assigned to the Inquiry

 Created Date column
This is the date the Inquiry was created in the system

 Remarketing Reason and Sub Reason columns
Available only for My Closed Inquiries (Re-marketing) List View
