List Views and Column Information

Opportunity List 

View Select all the different list views available on the top left, under the Opportunity object to make sure it is displaying the Opportunities and column information for what you have created in your test cases.  (You will not see very many, because you have only created a few, but have been assigned a few by me to see what you need in these views.)

Once users have selected their list view filter, the columns below will provide information on the Inquiries that appear.



Users will need to scroll to the right to view all the List View columns.


Opportunity Name
The Name of the student associated with the Opportunity. Try changing the student's name on the Opportunity.

Open an Opportunity and notice that this is a locked field and requires that the Advisor change all PI info on the Person Account.

 Account Name
The Name of the Person Account associated with the Opportunity.  Open a Person Account and notice that this field should ALWAYS match that of the Opportunity Name.  

Close Date
Date the Opportunity was closed and no longer needed (i.e. the student enrolled).  

Stage column
Displays the current SRM status of a prospective student per the lead progression.

Opporutunity Owner Alias
The SRM username of the Advisor that currently owns the Opportunity.  Ex.: Teresa Uranga Alias TUranga

Primary Phone column
Displays the primary phone number of the prospective student as entered in the Student/Prospect Information Form (SIF/PIF) or updated by the Admissions Admissions Advisor in the Opportunity screen.

Open an Opportunity and notice that this is a locked field and requires that the Advisor change all PI info on the Person Account.

Program of Study
Displays the students degree program.

Open an Opportunity and try changing the student's program in the specific field labeled "Program of Study". Notice that this is a locked field.  Ask yourself which button needs to be used to change this information?

Start Date column
Displays prospective student's desired Start Date as entered by the Admissions Advisor in the Inquiry Screen.

Open an Opportunity and try changing the student's start date in the specific field labeled "Desired Start Date". Notice that this is a locked field.  Ask yourself which button needs to be used to change this information?

Current Page column
Displays the prospective student's current page in SEP. (N/A for KUG Advisors at the time of SRM Launch, but will be for SEP Communities later on.)

Time on Current Page column
Displays the prospective student’s time (in minutes, hours, and days) on current page in SEP. (N/A for KUG Advisors at the time of SRM Launch, but will be for SEP Communities later on.)

EWC column
This indicates if the prospective student provided his/her Express Written Consent (EWC) to KHPE as entered in the Student/Prospect Information Form (SIF/PIF) or updated by the Admissions Admissions Advisor in the Opportunity screen.

Open an Opportunity and try changing the EWC field from "yes" to "no".  Notice that this is a locked field and requires that the Advisor change all PI info on the Person Account.

Best Time to Contact
This is information is manually entered by Admissions Advisor in the Opportunity screen, if available.

Time Zone Column
This is system generated based on the prospective student’s Student/Prospect Information Form (SIF/PIF) during lead import.

Created Date Column
Displays the date the Inquiry was created in SRM.

Last Date of Attendance column
Displays the last date of the student's attendance.

Admissions Advisor
Displays the name of the Admissions Advisor assigned to the Opportunity.

Open an Opportunity NOT assigned to yourself, and try to reassign it to yourself.

Remarketing Reason and Sub Reason Columns
Available only for My Closed Opporutunities (Re-marketing) List View.

Open an Opportunity and try changing the current status to that of Remarketing.  Notice the additional sub-reasons that are listed and required to select from before changing the status.
