Program of Study - Drop down list


1. This field is not automatically filled out by the lead import. The Admissions Advisor must manually enter this information via the “Change Program and/or Start Date” button.

2. During the Inquiry stage, Admissions Advisor can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Inquiry screen

3. Admissions Advisors must enter the Program of Study at the Inquiry stage for Process Emails to become available

4. If the Admissions Advisor has yet to reach the prospective student, the Program of Study is available via the Student Information Form Submissions for Inquiries submitted from marketing websites and aggregators

5. In the Opportunity screen, it may be overridden by the prospective student’s entry in SEP

6. During the Opportunity stage, Admissions Advisor can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Opportunity screen > Change Program and/or Start Date button. This update by the Admissions Advisor will read back to SEP and the prospective student will need to e-Sign again

7. Program of Interest cannot be updated via the Person Account

This update by the Admissions Advisor will read back to SEP and the prospective student will need to e-Sign again

5. Desired Start Date cannot be updated via the Person Account

Student Interested in CFA checkbox


1. Admissions Advisors must check the box if the prospective student expressed interest in a Career Focus Area

2. Editable in Inquiry and Person Account screens
Student is Interested in CFA checkbox will be under this section in the Person Account

3. Read-only in the Opportunity screen

4. Prospective Students expressing interest in a Career Focus Area will be contacted by Education Advising after enrollment

NOTE: Admissions Advisors must not guarantee any Career Focus Area to the prospective student. Instead, Admissions Advisor's must allow Education Advising to discuss this process in detail with the student.



NOTE: Admissions Advisors will not be able to move the status back in the progression with the exception of Future Interest and Remarketing.


Future Interest allows Admissions Advisors to move the status back to the previous status. 
Remarketing allows Admissions Advisors to move the status back to any previous status.


Stage drop down:

For the First Opportunity Record

Application In Progress – This status is triggered by any of the following actions:

SEP account creation for the first time

Manual conversion of the inquiry to an opportunity

Manual creation of an Opportunity

 Application Submitted

This status is triggered by the prospect clicking on “Submit” in SEP’s Application Review page
This status is not applicable to manual lead progression

 Application Received

This status is triggered by any of the following actions:
Successful e-Sign in SEP

Lead manually signs the EA via DocuSign so Admissions Advisor manually moved the status to Application Received

Pending Enrollment

This status is triggered when
Admissions Advisor successfully submits “Enrollment Processing Request” case to the ENA team

Admissions Advisor re-submits a “Rejected” “Enrollment Processing Request” case back to the ENA team

Pending Enrollment Audit Failed

This status is triggered when the ENA team moves the “Enrollment Processing Request” case to a rejected case status and sends it back to the Admissions Advisor

Closed Enrolled

This status is triggered when the student is successfully enrolled in CampusVue and the Academic Engagement is created.

Future Interest

This status selected when the prospective student expresses interest in the near future:

Future Interest Date – Required field if Future Interest Date status is selected

Date selected in this field cannot be more than 90 days

If the Future Interest Date is more than the 90 days, the Admissions Advisor must select the Status: Remarketing > Remarketing Reason: Future Interest 90+ > Remarketing Sub Reason Future Interest 90+

Remarketing

This status selected by the Admissions Advisor or the system to close an Opportunity

Remarketing Reason – Required selection from drop down list if Remarketing is selected in the Inquiry status
Remarketing Sub Reason – Required selection from drop down list based on Remarketing Reason selected
