Fields in the Inquiry Detail Section

SyStudentID

Displays the systudentID number

 Name
The prospective student’s First and Last Name is auto-populated by lead import.

During the Inquiry stage, Admissions Advisor can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Inquiry screen

In the Opportunity screen, it may be overridden by the prospective student’s entry in SEP but it is a read only field.

During the Opportunity stage, Admissions Advisor can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Person Account screen

 Maiden Name
Displays the student's maiden name.

 Preferred Name
During the Inquiry stage, Admissions Advisor can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Inquiry screen

In the Opportunity screen, it may be overridden by the prospective student’s entry in SEP but it is a read only field.

During the Opportunity stage, Admissions Advisor can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Person Account screen

 Time Zone
This is auto-populated at lead import

If the prospective student re-sifs, the time zone field will be updated by the system based on lead import data and if it needs to change, Admissions Advisor would have update this information again.

 Contact Strategy and SE flag fields
If the lead comes directly from the SEP site, it will come in with the SE icon and the low touch selection from the Contact Strategy drop down

If the lead comes directly from the SEP site and comes back again after 60 days directly via SE site,  it will come in with the SE icon and low touch selection from the Contact Strategy drop down

If the lead comes directly from the SEP site and comes back again after 60 days via any source outside of the SEP site (i.e. aggregator site, other marketing site/promo, add a lead, etc.), it will come in with the high touch selection from the Contact Strategy drop down without the SE icon

If the lead comes from any source outside of the SEP site (i.e. aggregator site, other marketing site/promo, add a lead, etc.), it will come in with the high touch selection from the Contact Strategy drop down without the SE icon

Admissions Advisors will have the ability to change the high touch/low touch drop down under Contact Strategy  depending on the interview/student preference

 CVue Student Number
Displays the student's CVue Student Number

This is manually updated by the Admissions Advisor at the Inquiry stage

In the Opportunity screen, SEP will automatically update this information based on prospective student’s entry

Admissions Advisor will be able to update this information in the Opportunity screen after SEP updates, but it will not read back to SEP

 Urgent checkbox
Displays if the Inquiry is flagged urgent by the system

System generated only, this cannot be updated by the Admissions Advisor

 Do Not Call checkbox
This flags the entire Inquiry record/file as DNC

This will be checked after an Admissions Advisor successfully updates the Inquiry status to Remarketing or the DNC process flags the entire record as DNC

System generated only, this cannot be updated by the Admissions Advisor

Admissions Advisors will be able to search the Inquiry record but he/she will not be able to see the phone numbers nor open the Inquiry record

 EWC
Displays if the prospective student provided his/her EWC to KHPE

This information is auto-populated by lead import

Admissions Advisor can update the information based on his/her discussion with the prospective student via the Inquiry and Person Account screens, available drop down list:
