Studying More Effectively

Choose a study place that is quiet and has no distractions

Take short breaks between studying
Ex. Eat a snack to refuel your brain, drink some water to hydrate your brain, or stretch it out and take a walk

Use an active approach to learning

  • Become the teacher, say the information aloud in your own words as if you are the instructor and teaching the concepts to a class
