Author: suzanne fox

Using the Pythagorean Theorem, one can find out whether a triangle is a right triangle based on the relationship between the lengths of its sides.

This tutorial gives a brief review of the Pythagorean Theorem.  Two triangles are tested to see if they are right triangles using the Pythagorean Theorem. A recap is given of the steps to test to see if a triangle is right using the Pythagorean Theroem. A final question is posed for students to try on their own.  The teacher can use this question as the check to see if students have watched the video and their degree of understanding the content.
