Remember that in class we learned that if two binomials looked exactly alike except for the operation and one binomial was subtraction while the other was addition, then

Thus if we are trying to find the factors of something that looks like a squared minus b squared

then they should look like open parentheses a minus b close parentheses and open parentheses a plus b close parentheses
