Part I:
At the beginning of the week, fill in the “Predicted Time Management Grid.”
Include in the grid:
-course times
-work schedule
-sleeping and eating schedule
-study time
-social time and workout time
-and any other things that take up time in your week
During the week, fill in the “Actual Time Management Grid” with the actual time you spent doing each particular activity.

Part II:
Reflect on your observations
Think of things that were interesting or impactful to you in some way. Some questions you might ask of yourself are: where did I spend most of my time? What surprised me about my predicted versus actual schedule? What would be beneficial to change about my actual schedule? What might some of the obstacles be to my making desirable changes to my schedule?
