What is a Rube Goldberg Machine?

A Rube Goldberg Machine is an overly complex contraption, designed with humor and a narrative, to accomplish a simple task. (rubegoldberg.com)

You and your team are responsible for designing and creating a working model of a Rude Goldberg Machine. Your teams will be graded on your ability to explain the energy transformation in the machine and show that the machine can complete the required tasked as designed. The best machines will have more than 10 different events occur before the task is complete.
