PODMAZIVANJE MOTORA

U motoru SUS prilikom njegovog rada uvek dolazi do trenja između susednih dodirnih povrsina. Kako se usled navedenog trenja podiže temperature povrsina koje su izložene trenju , doći će do širenja materijala a on usloviti  veće trenje. Kako ulazimo u začarani  krug takav motor će raditi dok snaga motora bude veća od sile trenja. Kada se snaga motora izjednači sa silom trenja motor će prestati sa radom. (žargonski – ‘’zaribaće’’). Kako bi smanjili trenje unutar motora moramo obezbediti konstantno podmazivanje dodirnih povrsina.To su površine klipno cilindarskog sklopa, ležaja kolenastog vratila ,  klipnjače i  bregastog vratila, ležaja raznih međuosovina i dr.Podmazivanje motora vršimo motornim uljem koje propisuje proizvođač motroa. Pored toga,ulje poboljsava zaptivanje, doprinosi hlađenju motora,jer predaje toplotu u kucište radilice i korito za ulje,sprecava koroziju i ispira deo štetnihostataka sagorevanja.

DELOVI SISTEMA ZA PODMAZIVANJE

Pumpa za ulje : Za razvođenje ulja u sistem za podmazivanje pod pritiskom najviše se upotrebljavaju zupčaste i rotorske pumpe s unutrašnjim ozubljenjem. Pumpu za ulje obično pokreće bregasta osovina ili radilica. Kad je motor hladan,ulje je tako gusto da ga samo visoki pritisak može da potisne u  uzane kanale za ulje. Da se ne bi pokvarila pumpa,kad je pritisak suviševeliki, otvori se prelivni ventil koji propušta deo ulja natrag u korito za ulje.

Prečistač ulja: Na svom putu u pumpu motorno ulje prolazi kroz sito koje zadržava  najgrublju nečistoću.Pored toga na kućište radilice je pričvršćen i prečištac ulja,koji je priključen u kruženje ulja da bi zadržao najsitniju nečistoću. Na prečistaču je ventil sigurnosti koji reguliše  suviše veliki pritisak ulja. On se otvara i omogućava kruženje ulja kad  se prelivni ventil začepi.

Korito za ulje (karter): Korito za ulje je sastavni deo nepokretnog dela motora gde se smešta ulje.Pored navedenih delova u system podmazivanja spadaju cevi i creva koja spajaju hladnjak ulja sa koritom , kanalice kroz glavu i blok motrora, kanalie kroz ležajeve klipa, klipnjače, kolenastog vratila , bregastog vratila i td.

In the SUS engine, friction between adjacent touch surfaces is always present. Because of the friction caused by the temperature of the surfaces exposed to friction, it will cause material to spread and will result in greater friction. As we enter the vicious cycle, such a motor will work while the engine power is greater than the friction force. When the engine power is equal to the friction force the engine will stop working. (žargonski - '' zaribaće ''). To minimize the friction inside the engine, we must ensure constant lubrication of the touch surfaces. These are the surfaces of the piston of the cylinder assembly, the crankshaft bearing, the piston rod and the camshaft, the bearings of various wheelbases and dr.Posmising the engine are made by the engine oil prescribed by the engine manufacturer. In addition, the oil improves the sealing, contributes to the cooling of the engine, as it transfers heat to the crankshaft and the oil tank, prevents corrosion and inspires part of the harmful residues of combustion.

Oil pump:To lubricate the oil in the pressure lubrication system, gear and rotor pumps with internal gear are most often used. The oil pump normally starts the camshaft or crankshaft. When the engine is cold, the oil is so dense that only high pressure can be pushed into narrow oil canals. To avoid damaging the pump, when excessive pressure is applied, a flow valve is opened that leaks the oil back to the oil tank.

Oil purifier: On its way to the pump, engine oil passes through a site that retains the most dirt of impurities. Additionally, the crankshaft housing is attached to the oil filter, which is attached to the oil spin to keep itthe finest dirt. The filter is a safety valve that regulates too much oil pressure. It opens and allows oil circulation when the overflow valve is closed.

Oil cooler: Oil cooling design that has taken up some of the heat from the engine. Usually it is located on the front of the vehicle to reduce the oil temperature more efficiently by means of the external air. It's a tapered type to increasethe surface being cooled.

Oil basket (cork): Oil recovery is an integral part of the immobile part of the engine where the oil is stored.
