The student will use a system of linear equations to solve a variety of Distance Application Problems.

Distance problems can be extremely challenging for Algebra I students.This series of videos takes several common distance problems and illustrates how those can be interpreted, written and solved using Algebraic Systems. Emphasis is place on the "assumed pattern" Distance = Rate x Time and the teacher demonstrates how that pattern can be consistently applied for a variety of unknowns.
