  1. Students will be able to identify and analyze specific PERSIAN characteristics - Political, Economic, Religious, Social, Artistic, and Near/geographic - of early river valley complex societies and predict which society will be the most successful and why.

Students will identify characteristics (based on PERSIAN categories - Political, Economic, Religious, Social, Artistic, and Near/geographic) of early river valley complex societies.  Students will also explore how these characteristics impacted each society and predict which civilization will become the most successful.  

Length of time needed: 2-3 class periods (45 minutes each)
