I am a science teacher, currently teaching Physics 9 in Fridley, MN. I previously taught 7-12 sciences in a K-12 school in Orr, MN. I am interested in access and equity issues in education, Standards-Based Assessment and Grading, and the use of instructional technologies. I have assisted with professional development on a variety of topics, and have recently completed a summer fellowship with the Professional Development department at the Science Museum of Minnesota. I am a union leader and serve as an At-Large member of the educator labor union, Education Minnesota. "Everybody's a genius.
