Jackson “Skot” Beazley, Ed.D., is a retired Middle School Principal committed to helping build capacity and teaming excellence for both students and staff in the middle. He has spent the past decade leading an excelling middle school in the north east valley. Skot has a strong focus on campus climate, student behavior, at-risk intervention, assessment and data, as well as staff development and budget management. He is a strong advocate for building positive relationships among all stakeholders through collaboration and innovation. He has served for the past six years with ADE Solutions Teams helping schools evaluate and build powerful school improvement plans. In addition, Skot is a long term adjunct professor for Capella University. He teaches a variety of leadership and administrative courses each quarter including Secondary Administration and Leadership, while also mentoring doctoral candidates through the dissertation research process.
