For five years I used Moodle with my English 7, 9, and 11 classes at Minnehaha Academy in Minneapolis. It significantly revolutionized how we learned from each other and taught each other.
With Moodle, it was my experience that it was the connections my students made with each other during collaborative class activities that made their connections with the class content more powerful and memorable for them. I am happy a colleague shared the Sophia initiative with me. There are wonderful connections happening here.
