Michael Cruse

Grade(s): 9 / 10 / 11 / 12

I am a teacher by training, but always wind up being as much a student as I am a teacher. My teaching background includes elementary gifted and talented math, English to Speaker of Other Languages (ESOL) and special education support for career and technical education. I live and work in the Washington, D.C. area and have worked with local public and private schools, the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth, The D.C. Teaching Fellows program and The Center for Applied Linguistics.
I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, from riding my bike in DC to visiting the beaches or heading west to hike and rock climb in the moutains of W.Virginia.
