Orrin R. Broberg's extensive success as an executive stems from his ability to analyze market realities, refine target markets, and create and execute strategies that enhance market penetration and provide consistent revenue pipeline. For more than two decades, Orrin has directed successful organizations in the delivery of award-winning products that have directly addressed unmet market needs. As VP of Sales with Activeon, an early stage green-technology company, Orrin redefined business strategy to more effectively target markets. This strategic vision for company operations delivered a 200% increase in sales in six months, with a significant sales pipeline of 450 qualified prospects - including 125 major target accounts.

Previously, as President and Founder of Employee Continuum LLC, Orrin recognized the unmet business need to significantly streamline recruiting and hiring operations. He spearheaded the development of highly effective approaches to pre-screen job candidates, including a state-of-the-art multi-media, interactive system that assessed key hiring criteria / attributes and job-role-specific competencies.

Orrin’s unique vision spearheaded dramatic business growth - from $0 to $1M - in only 18 months. Orrin successfully grew company recognition throughout the industry, and won multiple strategic accounts including Best Buy for Business, Altura Communications, and PLATO Learning. Orrin's system was recognized with the 2007 Top Pick Award at the 2007 HR Technology Conference.

In earlier roles, as VP, Certification Programs with ProSoftTraining, and President and Founder of MasteryPoint Learning Systems and Applied Learning Systems, Orrin consistently built profitable, highly committed, and successful organizations.

In addition to a BS in Marketing, Orrin also holds a BA in Art History. Orrin has served as Board Chair of Free Arts Minnesota, a non-profit for targeting at-risk children. Finally, he is an avid tennis, golf, and backcountry ski enthusiast.
