Paola Foresti Faul is a native of Rome, Italy, who has been living in the United States since 2002. She has a degree in English and Biology from St. Olaf College, and has completed most of the coursework toward a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Rome, La Sapienza, with a specialization in Language Teaching. She taught in Japan for three years and in Rome and Milan for 10 years at various public high schools before receiving tenure in 2002 at the Istituto Tecnico per il Turismo in Trezzo D'Adda (Milan). She relocated to the United States and lives in Edina with husband Steve and son James. She has volunteered in the children's language program at the Italian Cultural Institute in Minneapolis and has been teaching Italian in the Continuing Education Department of Normandale Community College since 2013. She loves reading, writing, traveling and, of course, teaching!
