With over ten years of experience as a business owner, Rochelle McMillon dedicates her efforts to the advancement of small business development and entrepreneurial education. Rochelle has extensive experience in marketing, business development and education. She began her career at the Florida Network of Small Business Development Centers where she directed educational initiatives for small business owners. In two years, Rochelle began her first entrepreneurial endeavor where she facilitated business start-up workshops, provided business planning counseling, and directed the growth of small businesses in the region. Rochelle continues her efforts to promote entrepreneurship as an adjunct faculty member of the Dallas County Community College District. She currently teaches Marketing Dynamics and Entrepreneurship as a high school dual credit instructor. Rochelle holds Texas Educator Certificates in Marketing Education, Business Education, and Generalist Classroom Teacher for 4th-8th grades. McMillon received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Entrepreneurial Studies from the Hawaii Pacific University; and graduated from Devry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management with a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing. Rochelle maintains active memberships in DECA, Career & Technology Association of Texas, and the Association for Career and Technical Education.
